The Essentials

ES at Adelaide Uni is such an easy group to slot into, simply because we run activities through the week that are easy to access and that cater for everybody's needs. ES's weekly public meetings - The Bible Talks - are the first port of call if you are looking to connect with the group. They are run every Tuesday & Wednesday during term time from 1-2pm in the Union Cinema. In our public meetings we spend time studying the Bible in depth, while also being able to catch up with each other either side of the talk. It's a great way to grow your faith in Jesus for an hour every week!

Branching out from our public meetings you might like to join a Bible Study Group. As the name suggests, this is a chance to catch up with 5-8 other Christians and study the Bible as a small group together. More intimate than our public meetings, Bible Study Groups are a great way to get to know a smaller group of people better and challenge each other to grow in faith, through looking at God's word and sharing life experiences.

Highly Recommended Extras

ES along North Terrace also runs a number of other activities and conferences aimed at challenging you in your faith and understanding of God. Here is a list of the extra major activites we run through the year: Mission Munchies for your weekly overseas mission fix, Day Conference for an intensive one day forum on a particular topic, Mid Year Conference for 5 days of hardcore Bible studying and Jesus Week, a week of heightened evangelism on campus.
